Delivery Information

Can you tell me about your delivery service?

ChoCo’a delivers in the United Arab Emirates. We deliver all products in temperature-controlled vans to ensure the optimum conservation of quality and delivery of all our products. In Dubai there is a 50 Aed delivery charge for orders below 500 Aed. For orders above 500 Aed, delivery is free of charge.  In other emirates, there is a 100 Aed delivery charge for orders below 1000 Aed. For orders above 1000 Aed, delivery is free of charge.

 

How much time will it take to receive my purchases?

The delivery lead-time for all products is 48 to 72 hours.

At checkout, the calendar may block out certain days based on the nature of your order and will give you a choice of delivery dates. You will be able to choose your preferred delivery date.

 

Do you deliver/ship outside the UAE?

No – we currently only deliver within the UAE.

 

Can I have my purchase delivered to a different address to my home?

Yes. You can have your order delivered to an alternative address within the UAE including work addresses. You can save different delivery addresses in your account profile. Upon ordering, you can select the one you prefer for that delivery. You can also use an alternative address if you want to send a gift to someone. This address will not be stored in your profile unless you choose to replace one of the other addresses.  If you have any queries once you have placed your order, please email us at shop@chocoa.ae   

 

Can I specify a delivery date?

At checkout, you will be able to choose your preferred delivery date. Once your order is placed ,our team will contact you to confirm a suitable time for delivery. If you have any queries once you have placed your order, please email us at shop@chocoa.ae.

 

If I order more than one product, will they all be delivered together?

We normally deliver all of your products together. In some cases, some products may be delivered at a later date. If this happens, we will contact you to let you know.

 

Can you deliver to Apartments & offices?

We can deliver to any address within the UAE. Please ensure that you are available during the agreed-upon delivery timeslot to provide access to your property.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse delivery if the drivers feel that there may be a danger to their health and safety.

 

Can I change my delivery date?

With a minimum of 24 hours notice, you may contact us on shop@chocoa.ae to change the delivery date, and we will get in touch with you.

 

I will not be in when delivery is due. What should I do?

You will need to arrange an alternative delivery date. Please email shop@chocoa.ae   with your request, and we will get in touch with you.

 

My order was delivered but I am not satisfied or had items missing
